The timeline depends largely on the CAD approval process. Once your CAD is approved, production begins immediately.

If the CAD is approved within the first few revisions, your order may be completed sooner. Multiple design revisions may extend the timeline accordingly.

Every piece is made from scratch exclusively for you, ensuring attention to detail at every stage.

Before production begins, we create a detailed 3D CAD design of your jewellery and share it for your approval.

The CAD includes:

* Jewellery dimensions
* Stone sizes
* Metal thickness
* Overall proportions
* Design specifications

We strongly recommend reviewing the CAD carefully before approval.

For a better understanding of the actual size, you can use a ruler to measure the dimensions mentioned in the CAD.

If you have any questions regarding the CAD, our team will gladly guide you through the process.

Please note: Changes can only be made during the CAD stage. Once production begins and the design is cast into metal, modifications are generally not possible.

As every piece is custom-made exclusively for you, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not available.

For rings, resizing may be possible in certain designs.

However, eternity rings and some specific styles cannot be resized.

Since all measurements, stone sizes, and specifications are mentioned in the CAD, we highly recommend reviewing the CAD thoroughly before approval.

* First instalment at booking
* Second instalment after CAD approval
* Final instalment before dispatch

Photos and videos of the completed jewellery are shared before the final payment is collected.
