Every ETI jewellery piece with gold or rose gold plating comes with a 2-year complimentary replating warranty.

If the plating fades due to normal wear over time, we’ll professionally replate your jewellery at no additional plating cost during the warranty period.

Please note: Customers are responsible only for shipping the jewellery to our studio.

  • Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, sanitizers and harsh chemicals.
  • Remove your jewellery before swimming, showering or exercising.
  • Store each piece separately in the provided pouch or jewellery box.
  • Clean gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth after use.
  • Handle gemstone jewellery with care to preserve its brilliance.
